Academic Departments If you need to consult with your major or minor department, even while you're abroad, you can find the contact information you need here. Most departmental web sites list the names of the undergraduate advisor, email address, and information on the requirements for the major or minor. Transcripts Once your grades are reported to us, and we've submitted them to the Transcripts office, it is your responsibility to order your official Rutgers transcript using this link. For Rutgers University students, please choose the appropriate campus. For non-Rutgers University students, you should select the New Brunswick link and scroll down to "Official Transcripts - How to Order." There is no fee for ordering your transcript. Please note that Rutgers Study Abroad does not facilitate transcript orders through our office. All requests must be made directly to the Registrar's office. Financial Aid office Be sure to complete a FAFSA form in order to see if you qualify for any aid or loans. If you do receive aid, make sure all your paperwork in signed and returned so that there are no delays! College Dean's office It's important that you check in from time to time on what's happening back at your home institution. Your college's home page has lots of up-to-the-minute information for you, as well as links that allow you to contact your academic advisor with questions about graduation, requirements, and more. Web Registration We will contact you while you are abroad about how to register for courses back at Rutgers for your return. However, web-based registration is available if you would prefer to handle this on your own. Schedule of Classes Want to know what courses will be available for the semester of your return to campus? The information is generally posted in March for Fall semester, and in October for Spring semester. Health Services This site is a great resource for personal health information and tips. Sexual Assault Services The Sexual Assault Services office is available to you while you're away, just as they are when you are on campus. Housing office Do you have a question about on-campus housing, or are you abroad and looking for off-campus housing when you return? Use this link to get you started. Knight Express You can check out what's on the menu for your dining hall back home (as you eat your gelato, paella, or crepe), or contact someone with a question about meal plans. Rutgers Police The Rutgers police site is a wealth of information on personal security tips and more. Career Services It's never too early to start thinking about your career.
