Grades & Transcripts:When will I know my grades from my study abroad program, and when will they appear on my transcript? Grading schedules abroad are not the same as they are in the US. Typically in the US, you will turn in completed exams and papers, and then your transcript will be updated in a matter of days. For schools abroad, grades are not sent to our office for 4-6 weeks. Once the grades are received by this office, we will email you to view your study abroad transcript on-line. Once you review your study abroad grades and approve them, we will submit the information to the Rutgers University Transcripts office. It generally takes 5-7 business days for your official Rutgers University transcript to be updated. Once updated, you can order a transcript to be mailed to you. EvaluationsHow can I submit an evaluation of my study abroad program? For programs that have a Program Director, he or she will provide evaluation forms for you to complete. For programs without a Program Director, or if you would like to complete an evaluation online, you can submit your evaluation by clicking here.Staying InvolvedHow can I stay involved or help out once I return to the US?
